Lead time

As our flooring is made to order, we don't keep a large amount of stock for immediate dispatch. Ordinarily, you should allow a lead time of 7-8 weeks for the majority of our range. Some products, such as very wide and long boards may have a lead time of up to 12 weeks. It may be possible to speed up the production time on request, but it ultimately depends on the availability of the raw materials.

In case your order arrives and the site is not ready, we will house your order for up to six weeks, free of charge (and for a small charge thereafter), at our fully insured warehouse until the site is ready for the delivery of the flooring.

Delivery process

The delivery fee stated on your order includes the shipping costs from our supplier to the UK, customs clearance fees, and delivery to site.

We use third party couriers. Please ensure there is sufficient manpower to unload the truck swiftly. Please do not expect the driver to help with the unloading. The driver will move the goods to the back of the wagon where possible. It is the customer's responsibility to move the goods from the wagon and into the property.

Deliveries outside London are carried out with an 18-tonne vehicle unless otherwise specified. Please inform us of any access restrictions.

Flooring pallets are long, bulky items. Although damage during transport is rare, it can happen occasionally. If you see any damage, please notify the driver and send us pictures. Please do not refuse delivery entirely. In case of any damage there are usually only a few boards affected which we will be happy to replace with new ones.

Shipping information

Our delivery dates are estimated. Orders are usually shipped on artic trailers via a 'groupage service' and reloaded onto smaller vehicles at the UK depot for delivery to our warehouse or direct to site. The process from collection to delivery can take between 4 to 8 days.

Smaller orders up to 1100kg can be shipped via an express service if required.
